Kindness Olympics Challenge - Pick up forms from the library and turn them back in by February 20th to enter into a draw.
1. Choose 2 or more challenges, each from a different category.
2. Check off the challenges you completed and tell about a category 2 or 3 challenge on the other side of the bookmark. Primary – a grown up can print for you if needed.
3. Drop this off in the library by February 20th to be in a draw for some great prizes.
Category 1: Read with Kindness
Read and tell someone/write/sketch about a book where kindness changes the story
Read and tell someone about/write/sketch a scene where a character is kind
Read and tell someone about/write/sketch a picture about a Valentine’s book.
Category 2: Mystery Act of Kindness
Leave a positive / kind note or Valentine for someone without signing your name.
Do something kind / helpful without anyone else knowing.
Write a short kind anonymous thank-you or appreciation note to someone (school, home, neighbour) and leave it where it will be found or have someone else give it to them.
🤝 Category 3: Random Acts of Kindness
Compliment someone sincerely

Access the LIBRARY CATALOG to explore books we have in our library here.
Students will use their student's SD33 login (a number they have been assigned) and their password. They can browse our book collection, find out what they have signed out and when it is due, and put books on hold.
SORA has instructions in various languages for families who are newer to Canada, as well as some titles in other languages - Spanish, French, German, Japanese, and more!


Title options include five novels, one novel-in-verse, two graphic novels, and one non-fiction book. Thank you to our RTCS Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) for supporting this and many other initiatives in our school.
