Week of Oct. 27 - 31:

  • English - Spooky Scene Writing Assignment. This assignment is due Tuesday, Nov. 4th, and must be 250 - 500 words (1-2 pages typed, double-spaced, in 12-point font). Instructions are on last week's "Recipe for a Spooky Scene" attached below. See also the "Spooky Scene Example" attached below.

Week of Oct. 20 - 24:

  • English - Finish "The Landlady" short story analysis (see attached story and worksheet below)
  • English - Brainstorm elements of a spooky story scene in preparation for scene writing. See attached "Recipe for Spooky Scene" below.
